WTF?

Shaddap, it was the only color left. Okay, maybe not but...

I got into Korea yesterday with Jung, and we've been pretty busy ever since. My cousin's family, for lack of a better word, is poor. Man, we really don't know how good we got it. Wish I could do something to help, but these fuggers are proud as HEEEEEELL. Gah. So instead of staying at their place(it was waaaay cramped), me 'n Jung 'n my cousin went to the bath house.... Yea, sounds pretty gay, but it seems to be the thing in Korea lately. Or at least in this area where people aren't as well off and have no A/C. The bath house is open 24/7 and they have places for you to sleep.

It's a lot cooler than spending the night in a cramped little apartment. Plus I didn't want to be in everybody's way... ya'll know how it is. Anyway, there were a bunch of old men walking around the bath house nekked, and Jung was kind of freaking out. Culture shock for sure. We slept on the floor, and I got fucking gang raped by a pack of mosquitos. Dude, one fucker got me on the lip. ON THE LIP... WTF?! It was pretty cool to immerse ourselves into the culture so soon. I felt kinda bad for Jung, cause I wasn't sure if he was used to that kinda stuff, but he seemed to be having a good time.

Anyway, long story short, I'm at my other cousin's place right now, getting ready to go drink. I'm gonna do me some hometown chingu drinking. I'm pretty much scared out of my mind. And doing this blog thing is pretty hard, cause this entire website is in Korean. Fuck. Not to mention there's... starcraft on the TV right now ahahah. Dude, all my cousins smoke now. And drink soju. Haven't seen this one since he was in like middle school.... now he drinks soju by the case and smokes Marlboro Reds. Crazy.

Alright, gotta go do work now, so I gotta go. I'll try and post on here like, once a week or something. Or maybe once a day, ya know, while I'm trying to recover from a horrible hangover :(

PS Chris, a blog probably isn't the best place to talk about something this serious... but I definitely think you should spend as much time as possible with your friend. Cause when you can't anymore, it's gonna break your heart. I know it's harsh to hear, but not wanting to see him is kind of selfish on your part. Ya know? Cause YOU don't wanna be hurt by all this... But your friend's the actualy one who's really suffering right now, and he needs all the support he can get. I don't know if any of that made sense man, but I'm really sorry I can't be there to offer you my support. But either way, you're a great guy and a smart man(we're no longer children) so I know you'll do the right thing.
